This shade of pink top is a new one I’ve come to love, and it really set the stage for the rest of the outfit. This being the second time I’ve worn this top, I wanted to change it up a bit from the first time I wore it.
Oh, and by the way, this is another one of those great tops from Joli Blue– the online Tulsa boutique! I really do love their products available for purchase. They are soft, comfortable and versatile- plus you are supporting Oklahoma businesses! If interested in purchasing, be sure to use your 25% DISCOUNT CODE “GRAY” when you checkout! Quantities are limited, so hurry, hurry! I would suggest the Meredith Blouse and the Mandy Tee- both I have and LOVE.
The first time I wore this pink Meredith blouse Clay and I were vacationing in New York City, and I paired it with dark skinny denim and my deep brown Sam Edelman Blake Booties for a date night. It was a bit sexier as I dressed it with loads of jewelry, a deep pink lip and waves in my hair.
This past week when I styled it, I wanted it to have a completely different vibe than before. To achieve that, I paired my white, ripped (old) denim American Eagle jeans, Sam Edelman Blake Oatmeal Booties and white Dillard’s coat I purchased last season. I really love how it all came together- similar to a monochromatic look.
I really enjoy this top not only because it’s comfortable, but because it looks great with any outfit. You can easily dress it up for work with slacks or down with ripped skinnies for a casual outing. The hue of the top pairs great with silver, gold or leopard (my favorite neutral). The back is also a showstopper. It has a slit from the top to bottom of the shirt allowing for skin to show through adding the ultimate sultry detail.
