Casual Bell Sleeves

Posted on

One of my favorite trends to wear this year has been tops with bell sleeves. I love how chic they look and the easiness of dressing them up or down. In today’s post I’m talking about a more casual bell sleeve top that pairs perfect with leggings and sneakers for the gym or jeans and heels for a night out.

This charcoal heather gray bell sleeved hoodie from Nordstrom Rack is just my style. It comes in three colors (oatmeal heather, charcoal heather, and pink fawn heather) and fits like a charm. I’ve washed it a couple of times and it did well in the washer and dryer, and it is seriously so comfortable and cozy.

When I styled this more casual look (perfect for a shopping day) I paired my black ROMWE distressed denim jeans and Nike suede sneakers that I’ve had for a few years. These jeans are quite inexpensive, so if you’re in the market for a pair of denim that look good and won’t break the bank, these are a great pair to have.

To keep with the gray/black theme, I added my Gigi New York monogrammed black snakeskin bag that I LOVE. Clay purchased this for me two Christmases ago and it’s a favorite of mine. I’m not one to change out purses often, and this one holds everything I carry and more. Plus, it always looks chic and wipes down with a Lysol cloth easy.

Since this was a casual look, I styled my long bob a bit different than my normal loose waves. This time I opted for a topknot that had a mind of it’s own. I’m telling you the pictures didn’t do it justice- it was massive. I’ve seen so many girls wear their hair like that though and it always looks so cute, so I thought I would give it a try. What are your thoughts on it? Yay or nay?
