Casual Friday + ROMWE

Posted on

It’s Friday! It’s Friday! Has anyone else had a long week? I feel like the past couple of weeks have been dragging, but I’m thrilled the weekend is finally here!

Today I’m talking Casual Friday style. Now, since I’m a teacher I am not able to wear these distressed/ripped jeans to school or the cut-out green sweater, but I do think this is a cute outfit for a casual day of shopping or running errands! And on a side note- I would wear these adorable white Stan Smith sneakers to school but all the little children tend to step on your feet constantly and these would quickly turn to brown 🙂

This sweater, sent to me from a site called ROMWE, known for its killer street style clothing, is a great fall sweater to have in your closet. I really like to have jewel tones (like this hunter green top) for fall to pair with denim and boots. Speaking of jewel tones, my husband and I have family pictures this weekend and I need to find something to wear to that. Any suggestions??

Other than the color, this sweater has cutouts all over it, which offer small but trendy details to this blouse. They really amp up the stylishness of it. Since it hit my torso a little short, I knew I didn’t want to pair mid-rise jeans with it, so I opted for my high waisted American Eagle vintage wash boyfriend jeans. Have I mentioned how much I love these? I always feel like the rips are too big, but they are comfortable and look so cute with anything. Anyway, I feel like the light colored jeans paired with the darker blouse adds dimension to this look, which I’m really loving.

If you haven’t shopped at ROMWE before, I highly suggest you look at their online items! They    are super affordable, trendy, and are shipped right to your door. This is my first item from them, but I know I will be shopping more with them after this.
