This spring, off-the-shoulder tops and dresses continue to be popular in the closets of many. This cactus dress from Antique Garden is a fresh off-the-shoulder piece, and it has quickly become a go-to.
Retailing for $68 at Antique Garden, this dress provides an effortless, comfortable, and easy-going vibe. I plan to wear this to festivals, concerts, shopping dates with my mom and friends, and even to the upcoming carnival (Rattlesnake Hunt) in town.
As you probably know by now, I’m not one to only wear an outfit once or twice- if I like it I wear it A LOT. For those of you similar to me, this dress is perfect for repeating. The print is not too dramatic, and the light blue and white stripes pair wonderfully with sneakers, sandals or heels. Plus, it’s not see-through. Under this dress I wear a nude strapless bra and you can’t even tell I have one on. Score!
For this particular shoot, I paired the cactus dress with the Free People Willow Sandals, also retailing for $68 at Antique Garden. These shoes are so on trend. The green tassel fits PERFECTLY with the green cactus on the dress, and with the brown leather laces, the shoes provide a southern, bohemian, and casual detail.
In addition, this dress pairs beautifully with any colored jewelry. As you can see from the above pictures, I have silver, gold and rose gold on my wrist and necklace. Whatever color fits your preference looks great with this piece. I’m a throw-it-all-on kind of girl, so I literally have a ton of jewelry on, which mostly doesn’t match in the slightest.
